Typed in wrong number to transfer

I realized I typed the wrong number to transfer and now I have no way to get into my account cause it asks for you to confirm with a phone number that I don’t have access too. I’m also wondering if it’s possible to refund for that mistake cause it it did charge me for the first month plan.

could take a few minutes to a few hours. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

If it was a landline, it normally takes a week to complete the porting so contact a CS_Agent on the link. Easy fix for them but keep your old SIM in your phone and wait for the text from your old carrier and confirm with YES to complete the porting. Porting will take about 90 minutes to complete so your old SIM will continue to work during the transfer.

the trouble is I think the wrong number I typed in said that it was a landline. So I’m not sure how that will work. I have no idea whose number it is

The text from your previous carrier to the wrong number confirming the porting so porting will not be completed if no one replies with YES plus they also need to have the same carrier SIM. Very slim that this will happen.

Just need to private message a CS_Agent to have them straighten out the mistake that you made:
