I have two charges showing on my credit card for the month of October. One is the typical charge the second is listed as Self-Serve and is much earlier in the month. My payment history at PM doesn't indicate an additional charge for October.

hi @PrairieLeslie are the 2 charges on Oct 1 and Oct 31st ?
if they are not, if the w charges are within less than 30 days , ask support to check

@PrairieLeslie If both charges are posted and then offence isn’t sitting in your accounts available funds
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

so, the charge earlier than the typical one has a different amount?
