Trying to sign up but Credit Card is not being accepted

Hello PM community, 

I am attempting at signing up but when prompted the system says there's an error with my pay method. 
I've tried multiple cards Master/Visa and no luck. Is there a workaround?

There are a couple workarounds you can try. Using the app is usually the easiest method, but if you want you can try using a private/incognito browser to see if that works. If that doesnt work, you may be forced to use the app, or contact a customer service agent to see if they can help you add the payment method, you can contact them using this link:

I've done this already but the issue is consistent on my PC and mobile app.

Edit: Seems that the postal code was still being used from a prev address. Seems like it's working now.

Are you signing up and activating your SIM on the PM app?

It can’t be done online so download the app and complete all 6 steps.
