I suggest Contacting the moderators if you are unable to set up the pin still
Click on the green question mark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.
This connects to the Autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on the "account-specific" question and human and submit a ticket)
Or contact them directly using this Moderator_Team.

What kind of pin did you try?
You should use 6 digit code that you received on you phone.

When you trying to create your self-serve account, you don't need the 4-digit PIN you created during activation. Instead, PM will send you a 6-digit code as text message.

Did you activate at home or in store?
Are you trying to activate self service account or PM Sim card/plan?
