I haven't been able to access my PM account online for quite awhile as I need to reset my password, but the email to reset it never gets delivered, or else gets delivered hours later and the reset link is already expired. Is there any solution to this?

Try using a different browser, or using incognito mode in Chrome. See how that goes...
