Hi! I re-signed up with a temporary number a week ago. Now I'm trying to port my number in from Freedom and it won't let me type the "DBC" part of the Freedom account number into the form. Anyone know how to make this work?

Just enter the account #. DBC is not needed.

@ben10nnery u can sumbit the ticket to CS-Agent.. They will help you out.
