Normally my services are til the 2nd of month but this month is Canada day July 1.
Im trying to pay for my services using the web browser thru PC right now but it says:
Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later.

I need help! I tried calling them and i got to the prompt i need to enter my PIN but doesnt work. The link that was provided to me earlier to reset pin doesnt even work. It just brings me to the page to make a payment. When i try to pay it gives me that Sorry error. I need to speak to a live agent to get this resolved

Or try calling 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a manual payment.

I tried unsubscribing on phone. then subscribed - resetted my phone. still nothing. I also tried goin on PC Web browser and paying the 26.88 now and says Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later. Please help with step by step process if its something i need to clear out etc. This never happend before

and to confirm your account status and avoided the cache issue, use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account

If your account is Active then try Resetting the Network setting on your phone.
If that didn’t work then check for outages in your area:

on a rare occasion, autopay is a bit glitchy...Canada Day probably doesn't have anything to do with your issue.
Try rebooting your cellphone.

So this Public Mobile PIN.... how do i get that and also wouldnt that double charge me since im auto Subscription? But its not working for some reason.... is it cuz its Canada holiday?

Also Now Im on my PHONE - it says im on Subscription Renewal ACTIVE - renew on July 1. I have more than enough funds But its NOT auto renewing... and i dont have service!!

you can pay using your on-file payment card by dialing 611 with your cell...but you will need to know your Public Mobile PIN number.
