Trying to get service, sim not working

tm432

So I was told my phone supported eSim by PM but they were wrong (what a surpirse).  So my service with my old provider was terminated and my new service with PM did not work so I am without cell phone service at the moment. I went and purchased a physical sim card and put it in my phone.  Still no service.  My tickets from yesterday on the matter are still unanswered.  I need my service to work so I can immediately switch away from PM and to a competent cell phone service provider that is actually there to support its cutomers when things go wrong.

How can I get service on my new sim?

Thanks.

@tm432

you have every right to feel that way about your experience at PM. The roll-out of esim at PM has been poorly executed. There are glitches within the PM world that shouldn't be so hard to correct, but get shelved. BUT...once you've successfully activated a PM account...it's a predy reliable service. Please give the CSA's a chance to make it right...I think you'll be happy you did stick with PM (warts and all)

If you are able to verify your Account details with the Customer Support Agent and send them the new SIM Card Number, they'll be able to Activate it from the backend for you and assign it to your current Account.

Than when you sign in, you'll be able to get the sign in code to your new SIM Card, and everytime after the first sign in you'll have an option to alternatively 'Resend the code' to your Email.

@tm432  Sorry yes PM just acknowledged there’s a slow delay : issue with wait times for support reply’s . Just hang in there and don’t submit anymore tickets . Here have a look at the update
