Assistance Required for SIM Card Activation

Hello,

I recently purchased a SIM card and am experiencing difficulties during the registration process. Upon logging in, I'm prompted with the "resume activation" option. However, when I follow through, it redirects me to re-enter my credentials, only to inform me of an "incorrect combination of username and password."

I've made multiple attempts to address this issue on my own, such as changing browsers and even trying on a mobile device, but the outcome remains unchanged. I'm sure my login details are correct, so I'm reaching out for assistance to successfully activate my SIM card.

Please guide me through the process or provide any necessary troubleshooting steps.

Thank you for the update. I've advanced in the process using the app and now have a designated phone number. I'll restart the phone to check if the activation is finalized.

@preposterous-AR  You need to activate using the new PM app . If you have been charged already and can’t still any activate , log into account or use phone . Please submit ticket with support to help you

did PM charge you?

and I think you need to resume your activation with the app, are you using the app? if not , download PM add and continue

if still get that prompt on the app, submit a ticket with CS agent here
