Trying to get e sim to work

Ok went through the step but used omen my current sim is on and won’t activate didn’t relized need to to do in the free imei and go to support login and all I get is a white screen won’t load anything tried login out everything help

Are you using the PM app to activate your SIM? You need the app to activate SIM and not online.
