@Real12 , did you transfer a phone number into this service? If you did, was there a confirmation text sent to the old service and did you acknowledge that text?

hi @Real12 new sim card with new activation and porting?? if so, that is a stick port problem
if new sim card on existing account, then test the sim with another phone
