I’ve been trying to activate, get my sim to work in my tablet and it won’t work. The email won’t register that was set up ? Is there a contact number to ring from a phone that’s not 611

Just did one two days ago on my Android tablet (on wifi).
No issues.

Are you putting an activated public mobile sim in the tablet or are you trying to activate the sim using a tablet?
I was able to activate a sim on the public mobile website using my iPad Air.
Which errors are you encountering?

1) Have you been able to fill out the activation form and then the payment form?
2) Do you have access to self-serve, and if yes, what does it say (active, inactive, ...)?
3) There is no contact to ring for anybody, all support is from this community (public messages: everybody can help / private message to mods: getting help from employees).
