I’m trying to keep my old number and transfer to public…however they ask to put in your 19 digit SIM card number…but…mine is a 20 digit number that the system doesn’t recognize. I want to keep my existing phone number? What do I do? There is no one to talk to🥵

That's entirely possible that an extra zero was typed in by accident, but the current activation webstie prefills the first bunch of digits and only the last 9 digits need to be typed in.

I am surprised that they are 20 digits.
For PM the SIM card number is:
- 891223
- 0000 (four zeros)
- special nine digits
Maybe check the number of zeros you entered.

Where did you get your brand new PM SIM?
If you look at your SIM , do you see some number similar to this pattern??
