Call 1855-4PUBLIC, enter the phone number and let us know what it comes back wirh. If it cannot find the number, then the account was closed permanently and you need a new sim card and activate a new account

@sanjaysurendran hi if that sim/account is suspended more then 90 days it is no longer any good the account is closed
