I'm attempting to change my plan to 90 days to try and offset the lack of savings from the resulting points change system next month.
I've been communicating with the CS_Agent and they are asking me to reset my cache, use a different web browser etc.
Can anyone else confirm they are able to swap to a 90 day?
FYI - I'm subbed to the $34 50GB plan and have been with PM for over 5 years.

If plan is available (regular plan) then do plan change on next renewal.
Unfortunately your loyalty does not matter to PM nor you will be treated better than anybody else 😞

yup, that does not have a 90 days option
your plan is actually one of the best one for the amount of data. The new points is not as good as the old one. But with the 5% and the 10 points per years, you stil save around $2.5 per 30 days with the new point system

I guess that explains it. I was trying to switch to the my same plan, just wanted to swap the 30-day to 90-day.
My plan is $34 50Gb plan.

not all plans have 90 days option. Which plan you are trying to change to?
at the moment, only the $55 plan has the 90 days option to make it $150/90 days
