Hello,
My name is James Thorpe. I have service with you, my subscription is the $25.00. I have made a monthly payment to active my service. It was working good yesterday, but today I went to make a call or text to someone. The call would say I have no roaming data to make a call. Plus the text would not go through at all.
I would like to fix this matter ASAP, due to the fact of work and emergencies.

First, allow me to say that we are ALL customers just like you. NOBODY from Public Mobile reads these forums.
Did you by chance port in from another service? Also, what phone do you have?

First try rebooting your phone. Next try calling some one else. Better yet someone that does not have public mobile as their provider. What happens?

That message you are hearing is usually when you are trying to call another public mobile customer that has a suspended account.
