Trouble transferring a line from Chatr ro Public Mobile

Hi,

I am having trouble activating a new line today with Public Mobile while keeping my cell numer I used to have with Chatr. Is there any moderator working this long weekend to help me?

Has anybody heard from Moderators? I have been waiting for more than 24 hours for my message to them. My payment has gone through but the line is not active and I can't access the self-serve portal.

@MasoudA, Unfortunately, the moderators have been backed up of late.  Response time is not the usual couple of hours.  You'll have to just wait it out.

Thanks for your reply. I did post a message for Mod team 7 hours ago, but haven't heard anything yet.

 

If there is a Moderator online, I really appreciate if they can check my message and help me with the line activation.

@MasoudA, Yes, there are moderators working this week-end.  There is a link below.  However, perhaps someone here in the community can help you out...
