I tried activating an Esim and it gave me a notification saying it didn't work. On top of this, I messed up my number transfer because I put in the wrong number for MEID. I got a text saying someone would contact me 'shortly'. It's been almost 2 hours. What should I do about this?

At which point you got to? did you get the QR code and did you install the eSIM profile? If you got pass there, then try a device reboot first.
If still does not work, try to Reset All networks
if issue persists, please open a ticket with Support via Private message for further assistance
