Trouble transfering number and activating esim

I tried activating an Esim and it gave me a notification saying it didn't work. On top of this, I messed up my number transfer because I put in the wrong number for MEID. I got a text saying someone would contact me 'shortly'. It's been almost 2 hours. What should I do about this?

At which point you got to? did you get the QR code and did you install the eSIM profile?  If you got pass there, then try a device reboot first. 

If still does not work, try to Reset All networks

if issue persists, please open a ticket with Support via Private message for further assistance

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
for portong, There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
