Did you order two phones and a pm Sim card that came with a bonus pm Sim card? ($10) If so then pm owes you 4 Sim cards. The one that you ordered that came with a free Sim card and the two sim cards that come with your phones. Check the boxes for phone's Sim cards to see if you just overlooked them. If you are missing all 4 and waiting for a new shipment will cause you to miss out on the current promotions arrange for a credit to be applied for the full price replacement if you can purchase them into a local telus or koodo corporate store. Just save the receipt to remit to customer support. Contact then as above.
