How long after I purchase US roam g package before it is activated and can be used?

i turned off the phone, removed the sim, turned it back on, replaced the sim and connected to T mobile. Got it working now.

@JonR try to make sure data works first
reboot the phone once
Then make sure you can connect to T-Mobile, you might want to manually pick T-Mobile if it is unable to connect with "Automatic" network setting
then make sure Roaming Mobile Data is enabled.

@JonR usually, you can click the 3 dots on the top right of the browser and select Incognito tab to launch it, then use that new window to login My Account
Or you can also click the refresh spinner on the bottom left of the add-on section , that would force a refresh of the add-on and usage as well
You got the package, so, you were ever able to use the roaming data? or not at all?

It’s the first time I’ve purchased an add-on and no I don’t see it in the balance. I do have a receipt.
I purchased data, text and calls package.
how do I sign in incognito?
I’ve tried to call and check my messages and neither will go through and the recording says all my data has been used for this period…….

@JonR did you use Incognito mode to login ? It is very important to use Incognito to assure you are reading the correct info
And , can you confirm if you only got roaming voice? or text and data?
So, you can connect to T-Mobile? install of calling your voice mail, can you call anyone in Canada ?

@JonR could be just a browser cache issue and you might be reading off old cached info
Please login My Account again using Incognito mode
and can you use the roaming? make sure you connect to T-Mobile. Maybe manual connect
and which addon you got? talk? or data?

@JonR roaming add-on starts once the purchase is completed, and it can be used immediately.
so, buy it only when you need it and ready to use. The 10 days, 240 hours , timer starts right a way
