Hello, I would like to transfer my phone plan to a different device
I have an esim on my current phone but when trying to purchase an esim for my new device, I cannot find a way to do so, via the website or the app. I only appear to have an option to purchase a physical sim, do I need to cancel my phone plan and find a new phone plan?

@AmarjotDev No , just download app on new phone and login to your account then go to the account page , “notice purchase sim SIM card “tap it and choose eSIM . The system should detect you already have eSIM and be free at check out
And you will keep same phone number and plan no worries , and if you do get charged for the new eSIM just use the orange chat bubble bottom of screen to engage support for credit for price of eSIM
