Koodo Postpaid or Prepaid?
For Koodo Postpaid, you just need to activate as usual, then in the phone number step, select Porting and provide Koodo account number
For Koodo Prepaid, you will have to activate, and pick a new number first. After account is setup, you will then submit a ticket to cs agent and ask them to help with the port. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
