I just switched to public mobile, I need to transfer my phone number from Koodo. Won’t let me open ticket , says come here and get it fixed .., any help would be appreciated

I am having the same issue since yesterday. I have submitted the ticket yesterday, but still no respond from the Customer Service Agent. Need urgent help on this issue!!!
