When I subscribed to this service, I mistakenly entered the incorrect information during the number transfer process. I bought a new phone and put its IMEI number in the information and I called my old provider to see why my number hadn’t been transferred and they clarified because I needed to provide the original IMEI number that was associated with my account.
i have the correct information now and would like to transfer over my old number but cannot open a ticket (I get an error message) and I cannot send a private message to the support person who is mentioned in the suggestion as that account does not exist, so right now I am unable to contact anyone about this issue. I do not have my old physical SIM card anymore but would like to transfer my old number over.
