I've received a text that I've entered the ESN/MEID wrong , so my number has not transferred. No one has contacted me yet and the online chat is not allowing me to submit a ticket. Any help? Thank you ! 🙂

Try to port in using the Zoomer Wireless account number instead. And if you are using the an ESim use the second IMEI on your phone. Also Zoomer Wireless use's “Cityfone” as the provider.
