Hi @JeanBlueJean, I also ported over from Zoomer when joining PM. What issue are you having, maybe we can help?
Edited: if it's an issue with not finding Zoomer listed on the carriers porting over from, you need to select Cityfone. If the issue is the Zoomer account number is too short, add enough zeros at the beginning of your account number to make it long enough. Also note, Zoomer will not send you a text message asking for you to confirm you would like to port unlike all the other carriers.
