can you please elaborate on "transferring accounts" ?  If you mean port in to PM from previous provider...here's some reading for you...

@GlenSue  you cannot transfer PM account number to another PM account if that’s what your trying to do , but if your trying to transfer a number from Koodo pre paid you need support for this .here’s how to submit ticket with support using this direct link
