Transferring Number

Hi! Just transferred from rogers onto public. I can send texts and make calls but not receive texts or calls, it said the transfer was complete. I have restarted my phone and no luck. Thanks for any help!

@Riceball  Check your sim manger do you see esim for PM ? If so make sure it’s enabled or set to primary and reboot the phone maybe it already installed and the ports complete 

add but if you need support 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support to fix

My old SIM got overridden when I transferred, (it was also an eSIM). How should I handle this?

Did you reply to the text with YES with the old SIM in your phone within the 90 minute window? 
This is the most critical step in completing the porting of your old number.

@Riceball  Did you leave old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text ? I’ll send  you the porting team number private message . They ca re trigger the port request for you
