I transferred my public phone number out to Telus and now I am unable to log into my account. Has my account been canceled or will I continue to be billed? The SIM shows unregistered sim

@Disco - sorry, porting your number out closes your account here.
You lose access to your self serve and any funds that was in the account.
You should not be continued to be billed, but if so contact CSA for any refunds or transfer of funds over to Telus (which may be possible).

Once you port out your number your account is automatically closed. You should not be charged but keep an eye out for a charge on what would have been your next renewal as there has been the odd case of autopay charging a closed account. If that happens contact customer support for a refund.
