Hi, I moved abroad (Belgium, Europe) and have no cell service with my PM SIM. Does anyone know of ways of using a virtual SIM transfer service that makes it possible to have messages and/or calls to the PM SIM transferred to my Belgian SIM in Europe? I need this for example in case of 2-step verification with my Canadian bank. Other solutions are welcome.

Where is your pm Sim card? For call forwarding to work it must be performed in Canada. For text forwarding to work the pm Sim card must remain in Canada in a working "always on" cell phone. If you have a trusted friend or family member in Canada you can either order online from pm and send them a pm Sim card (currently BOGO free) or have them purchase a new Sim card on your behalf. Have them send you the new Sim card # and you can swap out the Sim card in your account by getting the 2FA code sent to your email.
Once the Sim card is swapped out and you have downloaded a voip provider app like textnow and you have chosen a Canadian phone # you can then get your friend or family member to put the new Sim card in a working phone and they can call forward your pm phone # to your textnow number. You will be able to recieve incoming pm calls to your textnow phone # while on wifi or mobile data.
Text forwarding is possible using a text forwarding app like Mightytext. However the Sim card must remain in a working phone left powered on and preferably plugged into a charger/outlet. Texts can then be forwarded to your textnow phone # or accessed by logging into your Mightytext account online. You can recieve banking/financial 2FA codes via Mightytext.
Your friend or family member would also have to perform the text forwarding procedure for you in addition to the call forwarding.

@Ronaldclays I have an account in BMO and BMO can send 2FA to my email. You could call your bank to see if it can send 2FA code to your Belgium cell phone number.

I'm not the authority on this by any stretch, however I believe of you register a VoIP service using a Canadian number, you can have your PM calls forwarded to that number to receive such 2fa texts.
@HALIMACS @Ronaldclays Wouldn't the OP need to be in Canada to initiate the call forwarding?
