Transferring phone number, text message does not work

I joined Public mobile last month from PC mobile. After purchasing a monthly mobile plan, my data, calls, and text messages were unusable for an extended period. My phone number and data finally started working again last week. However, my text messaging function remains unusable. I've tried methods suggested by community members, such as restarting the phone and removing and reinserting the SIM card, but nothing has worked. Please provide a solution as soon as possible; I really need to use text messaging.

Did you reply with YES to confirm you are porting from PC to PM?

If you did then do a Network reset on your phone. If that didn’t work then click on the Chat icon then type in Submit a Ticket then Contact.
