the number transfer request has been sent this afternoon. and Feedom sent me the transfer authorization, but I missed the message and did not confirm within 90min. Now Freedom moblle needs Public Mobile resend the transfer request. I tried from my account provile, number transfer, but has problem and could not be done. Can you please help?

A Public Mobile customer support agent should be contacted. Please use the chatbot to open a ticket.

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
