My phone was stolen while on vacation in Europe. I cannot log in to my Public Mobile account because the two factor authentication code gets sent to the phone I no longer have access to. I can’t seem to get help through the Public Mobile site, what can I do to notify PM about the theft and also how can I transfer my account to a new phone if I can’t get in to the account?

Thanks for your help. I have used the link you provided since I can’t access the email account either.

@CarVes there should be an option to send code to email.
A link pops up saying didn't get this code? It should send to email.
But if not, use the link below to contact Public Mobile directly. They will reply by same method.
You can purchase a new SIM card at a local Telus/Koodo/mobile Klink if there is one in your area or through Amazon.
Once you get a new phone you can change the SIM card number under the Profile tab.
If you had eSIM, you can download the app to your new one and purchase a new one.
