Transfer of old number

Followed the directions    got a notification from virgin if I want to cancel  and confirmed that

Public mobile sent me a notice of transfer problem (wrong account #) will call my number or backup number 

With no callback I thought I would try the new sim card (did not work)   Reinstalled old card and it is not working also

I will send you the telus porting department number via private message. You can call them with the correct account # and the PAT porting authorization text will be resent out for you to reply YES to within 90 minutes and your port will be reinitiate and complete in about a half hour or so...max 2 hours.
