I contacted @CS_Agent on Tuesday to transfer my number from Koodo prepaid, and they still haven't replied. My plan is expiring and I need it switched by tomorrow. How do I contact an administrator to switch my nunber?

Only moderator can fix it in this situaton, and their reply time is very slow unfortunately. Plus other issue, promotions etc will make it worse.

Unfortunately, the moderators may be more busier than normal. Officially, it states up to 48 hours for response, but in busier times, wait times have been longer.
Hopefully, you will get response by tomorrow. Include in your message to moderator: Koodo account number, account holder name and of course, the phone number.
If your plan expires before the port happens, you will need to re-activate your Koodo plan. To have a successful port, you need an active account.
