  • Hi , i paid my month and the same day i changed my phone number with the help of  an agent. My phone hasnt worked since and now i am told that my funds are lost and they cant be used for this phone number. Can a supervisor get back to me. Why is it so hard to fix this simple problem ....I have waited over an hour to only get non sense answers. I dont wish to escalade this to ombudsman or best business bureau, but if no one takes care of this complaint/request seriously, ill make sure to do everything in my power to make myself heard. I have been one of your client for 5 + years and the way your staff has spoken to me is not acceptable.

 @Genevievefay : Do you mean you have taken your number to another provider? Just after renewing a term?

@Genevievefay   I am not sure about the part you said your fund are lost and can't be used for this phone number.  You have the same account with PM and just made a Change number?  or you try to port in a phone number from another provider?    

 

and "You waited an hour" for an answer, did you already open ticket with PM CS Agent?  Who you have been "talking" to?

@Genevievefay, sorry to hear how you have been treated.  @J_PM is the community manager you could contact her, or I think the Lead CSA is @Andu_S
