Hello there,
I got the 50GB US/Canada promotion but I can't transfer my number because I'm with prepaid Koodo and I cannot chat with an agent to assist. Basically the live chat doesn't seem to ever get an available agent and there is no queue.
What else can I do?

Confirmed, I had to activate with a random number first. Now waiting for the transfer of my original Koodo number...

yes , to transfer from Koodo Prepaid, getting a temp number first is needed. But you can wait for support official response

If you are porting in from Koodo prepaid, you have to activate with a new number first. Once activation completed and you can make calls and recieve calls, then you will need to open ticket with PM support for a manual porting request. To open ticket with PM support:

You will have to submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent to get them to help you.
