where do I find this Order Number

@Xul order. number cam be found on the order confirmation email.  If you cannot find that, just provide as much information as you have and support cam locate the order for you.  

Please open ticket with PM support:

    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗

@Xul  Check your email for it . If you need one sooner call around to local Telus Koodo store to pick one up or order from Amazon only $4.99 there . Keep the spare one PM sends you for back up incase you lose or damage yours . Or give to friend to join and use your referral code
