I’m trying to transfer my number to Telus but when I contact Telus and provide them with my account number, it’s incorrect.

HI @MLH2
if you are porting to Telus, you can activate a new number first. Then call Telus support and ask them to move the number from PM to Telus
But of course, it is better you login My Account first and get the correct account number

Are you giving them the account number from the self serve portal? It can be found in My Account, Profile, then click the eye beside it to view and copy it in its entirety.

@MLH2 Is the PM account still active log into you account and go to profile page and get the correct account number or ask support for it . Remember to leave PM SIM card in phone to reply YES to the confirmation text PM will send you
