I finally was able to transfer my phone numbers to Telus but now I can’t get into my public mobile account to cancel.  What do I do?this is the reason I’m getting rid of public mobile. It is so frustrating.

I’m trying to transfer my number to Telus but when I contact Telus and provide them with my account number, it’s incorrect.
