I cancel my subscription to my $20 account. I want to activate my $15 plan with the same Sim card. However, it keeps telling me that the SIM card is already in use. How do I transfer the SIM card to the $15 subscription?

to save the sim card cost, you can use the esim on your phone to activate if your phone has the feature
or you can buy a PM sim card from Amazon for only $5

@Jeannine_Ander1, you might already know this but in case you didn't, you can keep using the same SIM card even if you change plans or change phones but you can't transfer a SIM card to another account once it's already been linked to an account before, a SIM card can only ever work with one account and then it's done. I don't think you're going to have any luck trying to get the $15 plan back as it's no longer being offered but you can always try pleading your case to a CS agent.

There is no $15 plan currently.

Cheapest is $19 but that's for new customers only.
EDIT: One a SIM card has been used, it's now garbage and you have to purchase a new one. If you still have a chance to get your account back, in other words it's been under 89 days, I'd suggest getting it back as I don't see those $15 plans coming back for a long time. If you're able to get your account back, you can still use that SIM card.
