I didn’t get a QR code for my eSIM upon sign up. How do I get this? I can’t complete the activation.

check the Community inbox here, PM agent will reply you there. Usually you will get a first response within 2 hours and the issue will be resolved after couple messages back and forth.

first check the phones Settings-> Cellular or sim manager to see if the Public Mobile esim is there
if not, check if you got a Welcome email from PM, the QR code is there
if not, then you can message support , and agent can help to send it to you again. Message here
