Hi, I opened a public mobile account 4 years ago for my daughter under my name, now she turned 18 years old and she is going to university, can I transfer the account to her name so she can manage it her way?
Thank you

Yes you can by login to the PM app and go to Accounts tab and change the name at both sections under Manage Login (Secured by EverSafe) and Manage Profile.

@Simon1962, you can also update the EverSafe ID to use her email address (under Profile, click on "Manage EverSafe ID")

@Simon1962 PM is prepaid and does not need any credit check. So, you can easily pass her the account. Just go to My Account, Profile and update the info. Also, click Manage EverSafe ID and change the email address to hers
