Why did my automatic top-up only charged me a portion, then deactivated my account until I paid more. My online account indicted that I had a balance. When I attempted to pay whatever I needed to pay to reactivate my account, it showed amount due $0.

The amount due is glitchy. How much is in your available funds? Does it equal or exceed your plan amount? If it doesn't you have to pay the difference. You already stated only a partial payment was made. Make sure payment fully covers your plan amount. Choose other amount and confirm and submit your top up payment and your plan should automatically reactivate. If it doesn't you will have to force payment via lost/stolen. Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume your service. Your plan should then automatically reactivate. Log out and reboot.

I know how to make additional payments. Why should I continue paying when payments have already been taken, my account says I don't owe a balance.

The other method should work, this is related to the major issue they had yesterday with autopay and payments

My services isn't working and all it says is that I need to pay to have it reactivated. I need a phone now, not in a day
