@MoneoLion - yes, you can do this, but not here on the Community. You must log into your My Account/Self Serve to top up online.
Have you registered for an account yet? If you activated in store you may not have done so yet.
You can register for an account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Or, are you currently in a nonpay/suspended status and cannot log in?
Just note, if you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days then you lost your number, account, and access to My Account/Self Serve.
Otherwise, if active within 90 days, see methods to top up your account as others have provided.

@MoneoLion If you encountered error why choosing "Amount Due" to pay, then try again to pay by choosing "Other (Enter the desired amount)" and manually enter the amount you want to pay

@MoneoLion Are you wanting to purchase a payment voucher from an online service? Have you tried recharge.com? There is a service fee charged by them though.

@MoneoLion Yes, you can definitely top up online
you can use the credit card already on the system, go to Payment Tab, one time payment and select either Amount Due or Other and pay that way
You can also pay by calling *611 if you know the 4 digits PIN
You encountered any issue?
