Online SIM purchase is not refundable and is stated on the SIM card order form.

You can save the extra SIM to refer your friend and family.  I keep a few PM SIM card for this purpose.

@ricks Like somebody already mentioned reach out to a Customer Service Agent.

Using the chatbot didn't work for me. I kept getting errors. You can contact a @CS_Agent  directly or following these two methods from their help articles:

You can certainly purchase a sim somewhere else and start your PM account. Save the one being mailed and gift it to a freiend or family member. Make sure they use your referal code for the Points.

Refer a friend to Public Mobile, and you’ll receive one point for every 30 days your friend stays with us. Your friend will also receive a one-time $10 credit when they use your referral code.
