can i get a credit for this sim card purchase, don't want to lose promotion price, extra data etc....
Can you cancel delivery to the house, and i go purchase 1 on my own..??

You will receive a $10 credit on your second bill if you use a Referral Code.
You can get a Referral Code here if you just ask from members here.😉
You can also order a PM SIM online from Canadian Cell Supplies on sale for $5.99 then you are ahead by $4 ($10 credit - $5.99).
You can also pickup the SIM from CCS if you live in Oakville, Ont.

Online SIM purchase is not refundable and is stated on the SIM card order form.
You can save the extra SIM to refer your friend and family. I keep a few PM SIM card for this purpose.

@ricks Like somebody already mentioned reach out to a Customer Service Agent.
Using the chatbot didn't work for me. I kept getting errors. You can contact a @CS_Agent directly or following these two methods from their help articles:

You can certainly purchase a sim somewhere else and start your PM account. Save the one being mailed and gift it to a freiend or family member. Make sure they use your referal code for the Points.
