Change email

I need to change the email I use for login/contact. I have switched providers and no longer have that email address. How do I change this.

There are 2 places this should be changed:

 

  1. in your Self-Serve account:  follow CSA contact as @Yummy provides to contact the support agents, and
  2. in your Community account:   you can easily do this by tapping your HALIMACS_0-1671492548267.jpeg icon upper right of your screen, go down to My Settings, and update your new e-mail address there.   Doing this ensures a smooth use of support services in future as both Community and Self-Serve e-mails match.

Only agent can update your email.

 

To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
