@Grinch- When you change your region on the plans page you'll get possibly different plans available for that region. Particularly for Quebec. But I see now that the roaming plan is available for all.

As for the Quebec only plan, we so far know that texting works to anywhere from Quebec. We don't yet know what happens with calling. And then we don't know what happens with both outside of Quebec.

This is how references work. In the Quebec plans, the Quebec only plan will have a superscript indicating a reference in the details. That symbol is at the plan area and on this details references. You can ignore it in this case.

As an aside, I see a Canada-US plan now in ON.

no worry, that terms is for Quebec plans only., the terms do not apply to those plans designed for Ontario

@dust2dust  It appears that OP is referring to Quebec plans for USA Canada. 

But some Quebecors are going to move to other provinces or states… then what?

Would the Canada USA plans be good for Americans living in the USA?

Are you reading the fine print page? That last line is referenced in the QC plans for the one plan that seems to be Quebec only. If so, then good for you for reading the fine print.

are you in Quebec and checking the Quebec plans?  Yes, some plans are designed for Quebec residents only and need a credit card linked with a Quebec address to prove residency and activate
