I have four Public Mobile accounts, for the myself, partner and kids. I have $18 in reward points that I want to redeem in my account. However, if I click on that link, a new page opens; the rewards page. But surprise: I am taken to the rewards page of my partners account, which only shows the monthly points earned on that account and it has no referral rewards (which is correct, as I used my account to refer when I opened the other accounts). The page even shows her name, while the page from which I opened it, shows my name... This is scary, from a security point of view. Is it possible for someone to access any part of my account at Public Mobile from another account? My personal information, payment card information..?? The two accounts are not supposed to be linked at all... If I open the account linked to her name and click on her rewards page, the same page opens than the one I can access from my account. I even logged off and cleared my cache; still the same result.

hi @Hufi
i still thing it has to do with cache. Try using a completely different browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, Brave), one browser for one account, you will probably see the correct info for each account

What I noticed is that the rewards page does not seem to have a log off button, and evidently one does not automatically log out of the rewards page if you log out of your account.
The rewards portal has a logout button in a different location than the online account portal.

@Hufi , I can replicate this issue all the time on my browser. It is due to data caching. If you open up the rewards portal of an account and close the tab without logging out and then go into a different self serve account and jump to the rewards portal from this self serve account you will be accessing the rewards portal of the original account that was not logged out. If you do a log out, what will happen is you will then be presented with the rewards portal of the new login session. This is a bit of a hot mess. I suspect it is because access to the rewards portal is treated as a separate session to accessing the online account portal despite the logins being linked. The takeaway here is never access your accounts on a public computer.

@Hufi If your using the same device to log into each account be sure to clear cache and cookies and open new web browser window might just be cache issue . That are use each members phone to access their own accounts to view is best in my opinion

Yes, different email addresses for each account, as well as different passwords.

when the account for your partner was created, did they use a different email address then yours ?
