It is very difficult to get in touch with Public Mobile. I just wanted to remove my credit card and get my refund. As I join Public Mobile on May 21, 2025 in the afternoon BUT cancelled my service in the evening and was charged for $26???

My comment said "unable". Meaning if you can't log into your account, you will not be able to create a trackable ticket using the chatbot. If you CAN log in, then yes, you can create a trackable ticket. My comment was accurate and correct. 🙂

Not exactly correct. Whoever can log in to Community CAN create a ticket.
Ticket
Click at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html to open chatbot
Type ‘ticket’
Click on ‘Contact Public Mobile support’
Click on ‘Contact Us’
Click on ‘Other’
Then you have to log in to your PM account
After successful log in click on ‘Click here to submit a ticket’

PM is a prepaid service so you will be charged first before receiving service. Unlike postpaid service where you are charge at end of the month after using service.
Since you activated and created an account. There is a good chance you will receive a refund but it is up to a CS_Agent.
The only way is to contact an agent is to click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket and they will reply by dm you back in Messages in your avatar top right.
